Performing Rights Society (PRS)

PRS collects fees from music users and distributes them to writers and publishers. Live or recorded music that can be heard by the public and is not composed by you should be declared by filling out a form from PRS.  It is the responsibility of the participant to notiy and submit information to PRS if required to do so, and cover any costs for performance of music.
